An improved platform for everyone who uses a yacht
A yacht is a sign of luxury and is for many the ultimate activity to partake in when vacating. Some people have enough money to purchase their own yacht, but the majority of people who enjoys the vast ocean on a yacht does so on a rented one or pays a pilot for a trip. However, people who don’t have their own yacht doesn’t quite have as much experience as those who do and therefore misses out exciting locations or sights discovered by other yacht owners. So how can one ensure that everyone on yachts knows about all the awesome experiences others have discovered? BoatPilot believes they have found the solution to this very problem. They are creating a very unique platform which aims to fix flaws in the current marine navigation systems. The BoatPilot app lets yacht owners discover everything in the vicinity of which they sail. This applies to everything from obstacles in the ocean, the most popular tourist attractions to the highest quality restaurants & hotels. Users of the BoatPilot app can rate different locations to ensure that everyone gets the most genuine information, which especially essential to business owners who sell tours to their clients. BoatPilot is as they cleverly describe themselves on their website, the marine version of Google Maps and TripAdvisor combined.

Visibility is limited by weather or time of day? No problem
A very cool concept BoatPilot has come up with is integrating their services with augmented reality. This means that pilots can take on VR glasses and see all the data that is in the app simply by looking into the real world. This is a huge advantage in situations where sight is limited by either weather or nighttime. You could stand in total darkness, but your glasses would tell you exactly where obstacles are in order to avoid any crashes.
The distribution of their own ERC20 token, NAVI, is a brand new concept that is never seen before in the world of cryptocurrency. Users of the app are rewarded with NAVI tokens by providing geo-data to the BoatPilot ecosystem. This is essentially mining by sailing, which works because the app gets better the more geo-data it has.
A buyback program has also been set in place around the NAVI token. BoatPilot is going to spend 10-15% of their marketing profits to buy back NAVI tokens and then burn 25% of them. This creates a scenario where not only while the demand rise in relation to the popularity of BoatPilot, but the total supply will also fall.

Token sale
To fund their project, BoatPilot is raising funds through an initial coin offering (ICO), selling their ERC20 token NAVI. NAVI tokens are going to be an essential part of the NAVI platform as described above.
When
The token sale started the 1st of April
The token sale ends the 30th of April
