Something most people who dream of exotic cars probably doesn’t realize is that they actually often are a great investment. Over the latest decade, collectible exotic cars have actually proven itself to be one of the best performing hard assets in the world. So not only do they bring the prestige and luxury of driving an exotic car, they could also be making you even more money long term. It is however not a market anyone can just invest in, you need a ton of money to purchase one of the models that could be worth a lot more in the future, so how can you invest in this market if you don’t have a ton of money laying around? BitCar might have found a solution through the use of blockchain and tokenization. They are creating a platform on which exotic collectible cars can be tokenized into a chunk of coins which can then be traded peer-to-peer. You might wonder, how does the coin retain its value proportionally to the price fluctuation of the exotic car? If you gather 100% of the coins for a specific exotic car, you own 100% of that car, which means you could get pick it up and take it home with you, as it is, in fact, your car.

To fund their project, BitCar is raising funds through an initial coin offering (ICO), selling their ERC20 utility token BITCAR. This token is going to facilitate all services and transaction on the BitCar platform. An example use is acquiring CAR tokens for a specific exotic hard asset by converting your BITCAR tokens to CAR tokens.
